Job Description
We are seeking a Senior HR Executive to provide general day-to-day HR support for all aspects of the employee life cycle, including recruitment, payroll, benefits, and training. The role will also provide administrative support to local and global offices.
Requirements
- 3-5 years relevant experience in HR generalist
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management / IHRP-CP preferred
- Experience in sole contributor role is a plus
- Understanding and practical knowledge of Singapore employment laws
- Driven, can do attitude and goal orientated with good problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Hands on, self-motivated and committed with sense of urgency
- Great communication & interpersonal skills
