Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Pediatric Health

The Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) will provide therapeutic behavioral intervention and social services to high-risk patients and interface with other health and human service provider agencies to promote patient care and community support.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a social worker and/or therapist
• LCSW required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
