Job Description
PeopleCert is seeking a Credit Control Associate to join their Finance team. This role involves managing the company’s credit control operations, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining customer relationships. The Associate will collaborate with internal and external partners to support cash flow management and contribute to financial stability. They will also be responsible for accurate account reconciliation and a proactive approach to repaying debts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
- Two years’ experience in Credit Control or similar finance role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong computer literacy
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
