Education Partnership Manager USA East Coast

PeopleCert is seeking a dynamic Education Partnership Manager in the USA to lead strategic engagement with universities, government agencies, and education organizations. This role involves expanding recognition and market share in higher education, pathway programs, and workforce sectors by building relationships and securing accreditation of LANGUAGECERT exams. The manager will track performance metrics and collaborate with various internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s in Education, Business, International Relations, or related field preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or institutional relations in international education, English language assessment, or higher education
• Proven track record of achieving recognition/adoption of educational programs/assessments with universities/government entities
• Deep understanding of U.S. international admissions, pathway programs, and English Language Learning ecosystem
• Experience working with stakeholders across academia, government, and education agencies
• Strong consultant and relationship-building skills
• Advanced computer literacy (ECDL Advanced certification desirable)
