Job Description
PeopleCert is seeking a MLOps Engineer to ensure reliable and scalable AI model deployment in production. The role involves designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automating deployment workflows, and ensuring model monitoring and security. The ideal candidate will contribute to a rapidly growing company in the assessment and certification of professional skills.
Requirements
- Academic Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree or higher preferred)
- 3+ years experience with MLOps frameworks (MLflow, Kubeflow, or equivalent)
- Strong skills in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Solid background in CI/CD, DevOps, or platform engineering applied to ML systems
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and model lifecycle management
- Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, or equivalent)
