Job Description
Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is partnering with a respected manufacturer in the Elkhart area to hire an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for a direct-hire role. This position is ideal for someone with strong electrical, hydraulic press, and schematic troubleshooting skills looking for long-term stability and growth.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
- Proficient in electrical troubleshooting, hydraulic systems, and reading schematics.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on repair experience.
- Able to operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and other shop equipment safely.
- Capable of lifting 50–75 lbs and working on your feet throughout the shift.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented.
