Job Description
Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians for full-time positions with a leading plastics manufacturer in Coleman, MI. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment and facility systems to ensure efficient and safe operations.
Requirements
- Troubleshoot and repair production machinery to meet operational standards
- Perform electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical repairs
- Maintain and repair forklifts and other plant equipment
- Conduct general facility maintenance and upkeep
- Order parts and supplies as needed for equipment repairs
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies
- Support and comply with Robinson Industries’ QMS/EMS systems
