Peoplelink is partnering with a rapidly expanding manufacturing facility in Niles, MI that is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Plastic Injection Mold Process Technician.

Requirements

• Independently set up, adjust, and optimize plastic injection molding machines
• Lead troubleshooting efforts to improve part quality and reduce downtime
• Perform efficient mold changes, start-ups, and shut-downs
• Analyze and document process adjustments to support continuous improvement
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to elevate performance standards
• Assist in training and mentoring less experienced team members
• Conduct routine and preventive maintenance to maintain peak machine performance
