Job Description
We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to support our US team via remote. The ideal candidate will have experience in AI/ML engineering and LLM operations, strong programming skills in Python, and hands-on experience with Azure AI tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience in AI/ML engineering and LLM operations (fine-tuning, embeddings, RAG)
- Strong programming skills in Python, including frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and spaCy
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI tools (OpenAI, Cognitive Search, AI Studio, Data Lake)
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, orchestration frameworks, and vector database optimization
- Understanding of Responsible AI, model governance, and compliance standards
- Experience deploying and managing models in production environments using CI/CD and Azure DevOps
