As Head of Learner Experience & Delivery, you will design and lead the engine that turns strategy into realised value. Your work will ensure that we deliver a strategic shift in our learner journey metrics, accelerate systemic automation and empower our teams to undertake a start up to scale up journey.
Requirements
- Have significant experience leading delivery or programme teams in EdTech scale-ups, with a strong track record in automation and service reliability
- Move confidently between operational detail and strategic planning, using data to guide decisions
