Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Some prior experience in business development or sales is an advantage but not mandatory
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in using Google Admin or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar tools
- A self-motivated attitude with a desire to learn and grow within the business development field
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as independently
- Familiarity with CRM software or tools is a plus
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a conducive workspace for remote work
- A readiness to undertake occasional travel for client meetings or events as required
