Litigation Attorney (Cape Town Northern Suburbs)

We are seeking a Litigation Attorney based in the Cape Town Northern Suburbs to take over an established and active client portfolio. The role spans a broad mix of litigation matters and requires a practitioner who is confident managing diverse cases independently while continuing to build and grow their client base over time.

Requirements

• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa
• Minimum 4 years post admission experience as a Litigation Attorney, non negotiable
• Proven experience managing a varied litigation caseload independently
• Strong drafting skills and confident court advocacy experience
• Sound knowledge of Magistrates Court and High Court rules and procedures
• Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a client portfolio
• Confidence in networking and building professional relationships within the local community
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple active matters simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Clear understanding of and willingness to work within a predominantly commission based remuneration structure, supported by an initial transitional base salary
