Job Description
Pepperstone is seeking a hands-on Product Manager for their Trading Platforms team to enhance the client experience with our CFD trading platform. The role focuses on improving core trading, personalization, and analytics, requiring collaboration with product, UX, and engineering teams and leveraging data analysis. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on client acquisition, engagement, and long-term growth.
Requirements
- Experience in Product Management within FinTech
- Strong understanding of risk, KYC, AML, and regulatory onboarding requirements
- Proven experience collaborating with design and user research teams
- Analytical skills with a track record of making data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence and backlog management
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
