Job Description
Peraton is seeking a Network Engineer to support the planning, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure to ensure reliable and secure connectivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience
- Master's degree with 3 years of experience
- PhD with 0 years of experience
- US Citizenship and a current active TOP SECRET Clearance with SCI
- DoD 8140/DCWF Work Role 411 requirements, including holding an approved baseline certification and meeting all KSAs for managing, monitoring, and maintaining DoD gateway and boundary systems
- Experience supporting enterprise network operations and troubleshooting connectivity issues
- Familiarity with configuring routers, switches, and firewalls
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing protocols, and network segmentation
- Experience performing routine network maintenance and monitoring
