Job Description
Peraton is seeking a Subcontract Manager to join their team, supporting the FAA's Brand New Air Traffic Control System (BNATCS) contract. This role involves managing subcontracts, ensuring compliance with FAA requirements, collaborating with various teams, and influencing modernization efforts within the National Airspace System. The ideal candidate will contribute to the safety and integrity of US air travel.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Public Trust clearance (mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience (or 6 years with Associate's and 10 with HS Diploma)
- Experience in subcontract management
- Strong knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR)
- Familiarity with cost-type, fixed-price, and time & materials subcontract structures
