Requirements

• Supervise and mentor a team of subcontract administrators and analysts
• Lead the development, negotiation, and administration of complex subcontract agreements
• Ensure all subcontract activities comply with FAA AMS, FAR, and organizational procurement policies
• Oversee subcontractor performance management, including risk identification and corrective action tracking
• Support proposal activities by contributing to subcontracting strategies, cost estimates, and vendor evaluations
• Ensure timely flow of deliverables, reports, and contract documentation between subcontractors and program management
• Coordinate with Contracts, Procurement, Finance, and Program leadership to align subcontract performance with project goals
• Prepare and present performance summaries, cost tracking reports, and compliance briefings to leadership
• Drive process improvements in subcontract management, risk mitigation, and documentation control
• Prepare and present executive-level summaries and performance reports
