Task Order Manager - Analysis Focus (SME)

We are seeking a highly skilled Task Order Manager - Analysis Focus (SME) to oversee and coordinate analysis related programs supporting the 55th Wing and other mission-critical operations at Offutt Air Force Base. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and at least 15 years of experience in analysis, as well as proficiency in program management tools and methodologies.

Requirements

• Plan, execute, and oversee programs and projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals and mission objectives.
• Define program objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage program budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Monitor program performance and progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
• Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization.
