Job Description
We're seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to support production reliability, equipment repair, and preventive maintenance in a high-volume food manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production and packaging equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and PLC-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records through a CMMS system.
- Follow all safety, GMP, and company policies while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
- Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Support installation, calibration, and testing of new machinery and components.
- Participate in shift hand-offs and team meetings to ensure communication and continuity.
