Job Description
The Warehouse Associate position is a full-time, direct-hire position based in Franklin, MA. The role involves loading, unloading, stocking, and processing warehouse materials, assisting with maintenance, and following strict work instructions. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively are essential. Employees can adjust working hours based on demands.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Basic math skills
