Perforce is seeking a Business Operations Partner to provide proactive administrative and operational support to the Business Unit General Managers (GMs) and Managing Directors (MDs). - Highly organized and detail-oriented, adept at managing multiple priorities, balancing competing deadlines, and maintaining accuracy and focus in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communicator and collaborator, skilled at building productive relationships across all levels of the organization and with external partners, customers, and vendors.
- Operates with integrity and discretion, consistently handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Supports operational excellence by helping leadership teams achieve goals through effective planning, coordination, and follow-through.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with the ability to quickly learn and master new tools, including AI-driven productivity and collaboration platforms.
- Flexible and available to work outside standard business hours as needed.
- Based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, with a minimum in-office presence of three days per week.
- Proven success as part of a high-performing administrative or operations team that delivers consistent, proactive support across the organization.
- Experience coordinating or supporting large-scale meetings and events such as town halls, business reviews, and customer-facing sessions.
- Familiarity with Sales and Go-to-Market organizations, including basic understanding of goal tracking and business metrics (e.g., SMART goals, Critical Plays).
- Demonstrated ability to leverage technology and AI tools to streamline workflows and improve team efficiency.
