1099 Instructional Designers

Performance Development Group (PDG) is looking for 1099 Instructional Designers to join their network of talent to support their ongoing needs. The work will be on a project basis and paid on 1099. Travel may be required from time to time for client meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Solution Design, Solution Systems Design, English, Journalism, Business Administration, or other related disciplines or commensurate experience
• 3+ years' experience in instructional design, instructional technology, or training and education
• 3+ years' experience working in a consulting environment
• Strong understanding of Learning Experience Design (LxD)
• Strong understanding of visual design, including strong PPT skills
• Experience working in the life sciences industry and/or designing learning solutions in support of sales performance initiatives is strongly preferred
