• Formulates and administers company policies and strategic planning.
• Oversees all accounting/finance functions and manages multiple departments.
• Directs activities as custodian of funds, securities, and assets of the organization.
• Creates and reviews analysis of activities, costs, operations, and forecast data.
• Prepares monthly forecasts and the annual budget.
• Enforces financial discipline/guidelines and controls.
