National Account Manager - Grocery

National Account Manager will manage customer relationships, develop regular communications, and promote customer profitability by retaining and growing accounts.

Requirements

• Develop regular communications with key customer personnel
• Respond promptly to all complaints from customer and follow up to ensure problem resolution
• Attend customer functions, industry trade shows, etc., in an effort to secure positive relations with customer(s)
• Communicate/coordinate as the primary channel of communication between various departments
• Promote customer profitability by retaining and growing accounts and maintaining profitability
• Support inventory management by working with brokers and supplier reps to keep up with customer's needs
• Work cross-functionally within Vistar to coordinate product changes, requirements, etc. with purchasing and operations
