Senior Learning & Development Specialist (Sales Enablement) responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable training programs to strengthen sales capability across Core-Mark's international sales team. The role delivers high-impact learning experiences that improve sales effectiveness, accelerate onboarding, and drive consistent execution in the field.

Requirements

• Proven experience in development and delivery of training programs for sales teams
• Skilled facilitator with excellent communication, coaching, and influence capabilities
• Strong sense of ownership & ability to work autonomously
• Commitment to the successful achievement of team and organizational goals
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field
• 3+ years of training and talent development experience
