Job Description

As an Inventory Control Coordinator, you will monitor and maintain the accuracy and adequacy of Operating Company inventories, compiling and maintaining records of quantity, type, and value of material, property, equipment, merchandise, or supplies.
Requirements
- Monitor and maintain the accuracy and adequacy of Operating Company inventories.
- Compile and maintain records of quantity, type, and value of material, property, equipment, merchandise, or supplies.
- Compare inventories to office records or computing figures from records.
- Verify clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjust errors in computation or investigate discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory rotations and make recommendations as needed.
- Prepare report(s) such as inventory balances, weekly cycle counts, and production breakdowns.
- Review and investigate daily reports.
- Maintain shrink at or below company standard.
- Prepare list of depleted items and recommend survey of defective/unusable items.
