Operations Supervisor (Afternoon Shift) is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of workers in the warehouse, managing staffing needs, assigning duties, and ensuring inventory accuracy. The role also involves managing payroll, advising employees on handling items, and maintaining safety procedures. The ideal candidate should have 3 years of warehouse operations management experience and be able to speak Spanish.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse operations management experience
• Must have experience working in a production-based/fast-paced environment
• Warehouse performance management experience required
• Ability to speak Spanish preferred
