Senior Manager, Operations

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Operations to manage multiple large-scale operations and develop distribution center operations business plans. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 5-10 years of related experience, with a strong focus on process excellence and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Develops and maintains distribution center operations business plans
• Provides input to the development customer relationship strategy
• Establishes production and quality control standards
• Provides guidance to the development of a distribution center process plan
• Ensures all established costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met
• Coordinates processing activities with all other functions of the organization and suppliers
• Reviews production and operating reports and directs the resolution of operational and maintenance problems
• Performs administrative activities associated with the effective management of warehouse operations
• Trains and ensures all assigned employees are aware of and comply with company, government, and customer policies, procedures, and regulations
