Requirements
- Leading a team of approximately 8 employees
- Global responsibility for the Market-to-Lead process (Signavio) including governance and development
- Building and managing marketing automation (email flows, lead nurturing) in Microsoft Dynamics
- Developing a globally consistent campaign planning process (integration of market and product requirements)
- Managing a budget of approximately €600,000
- Developing and establishing globally uniform marketing performance KPIs (ROI, leads, CPL, conversion rates)
- Ensuring the use of marketing automation worldwide and optimizing processes
- Building and managing a global campaign calendar
- Continuously developing internal SEO and GEO performance
- Transferring data and insights into recommendations for markets and business units
- Transparently controlling marketing performance and continuous optimization
