HR Generalist

Perimeter Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to support the daily operations of our residential child and adolescent behavioral health facility in Jackson, Tennessee.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in healthcare or behavioral health
• Experience with HRIS systems (UKG preferred)
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
