Requirements

• Develops, implements, and administers therapeutic treatment plan
• Observes client for abnormal physical or mental behavior
• Conducts group therapy sessions
• Conducts weekly individual and family therapy sessions
• Coordinates discharge planning
• Responds to emergencies involving clients
• Performs community relations
• Documents all external and internal contacts
• Maintains confidentiality
