Requirements

• At least a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a SaaS company
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
• Analytical and process optimization skills
• Ability to develop a professional, warm, and pleasant relationship with clients
• Diplomatic and assertive communication skills
• Knowledge of Information Security & Cyber Security principles
