Validation & Compliance Engineer

PerkinElmer is seeking a Validation & Compliance Engineer to perform calibration of laboratory devices, review and validate test and data analysis equipment, and maintain documentation. The role involves close collaboration with customer stakeholders, workflow specialists, and EHS team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or Quality/Compliance discipline or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in quality, validation, or compliance roles in a (Bio-)Pharma company
• GxP hardware and/or software experience preferred
• Knowledge of cGMP, GMP, GLP, GDP, and regulatory requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, German (strongly preferred)
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
