ECVC Associate Attorney - Midlevel to Senior

Perkins Coie LLP is seeking a midlevel to senior associate to join its Emerging Companies & Venture Capital group in the San Francisco, Palo Alto, or New York office. The practice focuses on representing innovative companies and their founders throughout their lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of experience, preferably at a comparable law firm
• CA bar admission is required
• Experience in advising clients on venture financings, corporate governance, and regulatory strategy relating to AI, Web3, blockchain, crypto, metaverse, and other frontier technologies
• Stellar academic credentials and references
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships
