Labor & Employment Associate Attorney - Midlevel

Perkins Coie LLP is seeking a midlevel to senior associate with four to seven years of employment law experience to join its Labor & Employment practice group in the Seattle office.

Requirements

• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent legal writing skills
• Experience in employment litigation, including court appearances and depositions
• Federal clerkship experience
• Experience in single-plaintiff and class action lawsuits, handling wage and hour matters, and client counseling
• Ability to effectively manage internal and external client relationships
• Experience drafting specific legal documents and advising on employment law compliance
