The Baker must take excellent care of our Guests by providing them with fresh baked products that will tempt the taste buds. This is a unique position that incorporates Guest interaction and creating the breads and sweet treats that Fuddruckers has to offer.

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Ability to communicate using the English language
• Ability to perform simple mathematics
• Must maintain a positive and upbeat attitude
• Must actively participate in daily Pre-Shift Meetings
• Must possess excellent communication skills and be a customer service champion
• Must be able to comply and support the Fuddruckers Core Values
• Must follow proper food handling, safety, sanitation, and cleaning standards per Fuddruckers Food Safety & Sanitation Manual
• Must be able to work as a team with all staff and Management
• Must report to work on time in a company approved uniform
• Professional appearance required (see uniform standards)
• Ability to multitask
• Must be a team player and problem solver
