Job Description
Perkins&Will is recruiting for an Intermediate Arch Technologist to join their London office. The successful candidate will have exceptional technical experience working in corporate interiors and workplace sectors, with a strong understanding of RIBA project stages and technical detailing. They will contribute to the development of the technical team's expertise and assist in the creation of design drawings and documents.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical experience in all RIBA project stages in professional practice
- Experience in base build projects and interior fit outs
- Excellent Revit experience (minimum 3 years) with technical focus abilities
- Excellent design and technical detailing skills
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Working knowledge of Building regulations, British Standards and other relevant statutory legislation
