Project Designer

Perkins&Will is seeking a creative designer with strong technical skills to join their team and work on high-end residential projects. The candidate must have 6-12 years of relevant experience and a portfolio showcasing residential work. Strong technical expertise and the ability to assemble a comprehensive set of working drawings for single-family projects are required.

Requirements

• 6-12 years of professional architecture experience
• Portfolio of high-quality residential work
• Advanced understanding of building, zoning, and energy codes
• Skilled in site analysis, preliminary design studies, contract documents, specifications, and construction techniques
• Experience in project team management and consultant coordination
• Excellent client communication abilities
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and familiarity with modeling, visualization, and presentation tools such as Rhino (Grasshopper), Lumion, VRay, Microsoft Office/365, Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop), 3D printing, laser cutting, and environmental analysis tools
