They're looking for a Senior Recruiter to help scale their team and define hiring priorities, shape recruiting strategy, and attract exceptional talent.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Strong sourcing experience and comfort proactively building pipelines
- Experience using Ashby ATS to manage pipelines, report on metrics, and maintain clean recruiting operations
