Job Description
Pernod Ricard is seeking a Customer Operations Associate to serve as the single point-of-contact for distributors and drive excellence in order management, claims resolution, and customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics or Supply Chain, Finance, Business Analytics or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service, order management, logistics, or supply chain roles
- Experience with EDI order processing and troubleshooting
- Proven ability to deliver accurate results under tight deadlines
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Digitally savvy, with advanced MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook skills
