Job Description
We're looking for a Promotional Email Associate Manager to lead the next evolution of our demand generation initiatives and drive revenue growth across our user base. As a key member of the Customer Experience Team, you will work cross-functionally to bring tactics like content personalization, audience refinement, and channel optimization to life, leading to increased promotional communications engagement and demand.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce email marketing or lifecycle marketing
- Proven track record driving measurable performance through testing and personalization
- Proficiency in ESP platforms (Iterable, Braze, Klaviyo, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of CDP platforms (Segment, 1p data modeling)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with understanding of revenue forecasting
- Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight
