Sr. Commercial Escrow Officer/Closer

This Senior Commercial Escrow Officer/Closer will serve as the primary point of contact for complex commercial real estate transactions, managing high-value properties closings. This role requires exceptional expertise in legal documents, financial calculations, and ensuring all closing requirements are met. The position requires meticulous attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and strong interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Texas Escrow Officer License in good standing.
• At least 8 years of escrow experience, specifically 5 or more years in handling complex commercial transactions.
• Adept at utilizing SoftPro or similar industry transaction management platforms
• Regular availability, willingness to work full days, and attendance requirements.
