Job Description
Perry Weather is seeking a Hardware Support Representative to join their Hardware team and provide Tier 2 support for their fleet of connected hardware systems. This role involves troubleshooting field issues, communicating with customers, collaborating with internal teams, and documenting issues. The ideal candidate will be a tech expert with strong communication and problem-solving skills. They will act as a liaison between customers and the hardware team.
Requirements
- Provide Tier 2 support for hardware systems
- Manage customer interactions via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Log and maintain detailed troubleshooting notes
- Identify recurring issues or trends
- Assist with device activations, configuration, and remote diagnostics
