RevOps Lead

We're looking for a RevOps Lead to own the systems, data, and workflows that power our go-to-market motion at Perry Weather, a trusted automation software company with a great place to work culture.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in rev ops, sales ops, or similar roles at a saas company
• Strong understanding of CRM management, territory design, and compensation modeling
• Expert in HubSpot and modern GTM tools (ZoomInfo, AirCall, Clay, Gong, etc.)
• Experience with financial workflows or ERP systems
