Job Description
As a Customer Success Manager at PERSUIT, you'll partner with in-house legal teams to modernise their outside counsel management and ensure they derive maximum value from our platform. You'll lead client engagements and strategy, and set the standard for execution and communication.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience
- 4+ years in Enterprise SaaS Customer Success
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and complex organisations
- Clear and confident storytelling
- Ability to navigate growth opportunities and risk signals
- Positive, can-do mindset
- Ability to travel up to 20%
