PERSUIT is a fast-growing legal tech scale-up transforming how legal teams engage with outside counsel. We're looking for a talented Product Designer to join our growing design team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer
- Experience in fast-pace SaaS startups and scale-ups is highly regarded
- Experience designing across the full product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery
- A strong portfolio showcasing product design work, especially for complex workflows
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders
- Experience working in agile environments as part of a product trio
- A results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering impact over perfection
- Adaptability and pragmatism to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment
