We’re a purpose-driven, multi-award-winning education and training provider seeking a Finance Coordinator to manage day-to-day financial operations and contribute to higher-level financial planning, compliance, and audit processes.
Requirements
- Experience with Xero
- Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Contribute to preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts
- Process payroll
- Manage expense claims and petty cash processes
- Coordinate and support internal and external audit processes
- Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation
- Assist with annual budget preparation and quarterly reviews
- Analyse financial performance and provide insights to senior management
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Support VAT returns and other statutory reporting requirements
- Assist with financial aspects of training program costing and pricing
