Requirements

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in project controls, contracts administration, or cost management, specifically within underground mining operations.
• Demonstrated expertise with unit rate contracts, including cost control, performance measurement, and claim resolution.
• Hands-on experience in underground mining, with practical knowledge of operational challenges.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data to support contract enforcement and decision-making.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project controls systems, reporting tools, and data analysis software.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and organizational skills.
