Job Description
Peter Park is seeking a Head of Finance (m/w/d) to steer the financial development of their scale-up company. The role will involve developing a scalable financial strategy, managing monthly/quarterly/annual closings, building forecasting and controlling landscapes, optimizing financial processes, and leading a growing finance team. This position offers a clear development perspective to become CFO and is ideal for an ambitious leader with entrepreneurial thinking and financial foresight.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in a leading finance role in a rapidly growing scale-up or challenging environment
- Strong strategic vision and a hands-on mentality
- Good knowledge of accounting, controlling, cash flow management, and investor reporting
- Experience in building scalable financial structures and processes
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
