Job Description
Peter Park is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their fast-growing company. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruiting process, proactively sourcing candidates, and optimizing the hiring process with AI solutions. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers and contribute to the company's development.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in end-to-end recruiting
- Experience recruiting for both Tech and Non-Tech positions
- Solid knowledge of active sourcing and recruiting tools
- Ability to inspire people and have a charming approach
- Analytical and data-driven mindset
- Comfortable working with AI
- Ability to adapt to changing conditions
- Fluent in German and English
