Job Description
The IT Generalist will provide 1st- and 2nd-Level-Support for employees, operate and develop the IT infrastructure, and participate in IT projects. The role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software, as well as maintaining digital workplaces, DMS, and other systems.
Requirements
- Completed IT vocational training or equivalent qualification
- Experience in systems such as Microsoft 365, server systems, i(Pad)OS and audio/video communication
- Analytical ability, accuracy, solution orientation and affinity for IT processes
- Team spirit, reliability, sense of responsibility and high motivation
